Diamond Escape: Family Fun with Hot Tub, Trampoline & Spacious Yard

The house was very comfortable and my grandkids loved the amenities like the trampoline and foosball table. The toys and books were a great surprise to help keep them busy too. My kids loved the hot tub! The host was very responsive and we had a great time!

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Price! Positive: When I reached out about issues (leaky faucet/wasps), they were quick to respond and fix. They were also quick to answer any questions and were very respectful. We got provided with many towels for the week, blankets, body wash/shampoos, dish soap, pans/pots, seasonings, and dishes. There was an awesome "Explore" book in the living room with great suggestions on what to do. Our boys (2 and 3) really loved the toys and toy box that were available as well! Negative: There were small issues with the home like the way some of the kitchen cabinet doors were loose and there was a roach deterrer in the kitchen when we first arrived, but nothing major. We also ran into spiders a few times downstairs, but they didn't bother us.

We booked this for four adults, a mix of friends and family. Seeing the Wasatch Mountains easily from the front yard and back yard was amazing. People play with their children in the neighborhood and walk their kids to school--we loved that. Great, normal neighborhood.We were delighted to find a bedroom downstairs adjacent to the game room--that room had the most privacy. The other three bedrooms are upstairs and are as described. (We had thought all four were upstairs.)When we had questions and issues, the host responded quickly. The house was perfect for our ski vacation and for relaxing at home in the evenings.The hot tub was well-tended and we used it each night.The pots and pans are worn out--that made cooking difficult. But the kitchen and the dining table are great and there's also an outdoor dining table in the backyard.

If you need a place to crash this place would be fine. A week with family or friends is difficult. Kitchen had some of the worst pans I have ever used and knives were just thrown in a drawer. Cleanliness left something to be desired. In one room a piece of glass was found on the floor. In the basement room some type of animal dropping was seen under the bed. The upstairs restroom had gross stains in the tub, and the provided shampoo and body wash had clearly been watered down. The washing machine had terrible buildup of soap scum in the fill drawer. Backyard did have a trampoline and hot tub, but the fence surrounding the yard had a black tarp going around it.

Great little cozy place for our family and friends to share. Hot tub after a day of skiing was soooo nice!
