Stylish Downtown Retreat + Rooftop Hot Tub + Patio

I want to first say that we enjoyed the comfortable beds, and access to a washer and dryer. The kitchen was nice as well. We also enjoyed the kitties who were friendly and adorable around the neighborhood. There were many aspects of this property that were misrepresented in the listing. The parking is very compact, and many times impossible to enter and exit your vehicle due to the lack of space between your vehicle and the next. Street parking is usually completely full. The neighborhood is run down and did not feel safe. The hot tub was extremely soiled, with debris lining the sides of the tub, murky water. We did not dare to use it. Destroyed / ripped chairs on the patio, a bees nest, etc. The thermostat stopped working while we were there and management was unable to fix it. There was an unsavory smell, especially on the first floor. Management tried to help with issues. We were inconvenienced by these problems that should have been caught before checking in. We will consider hotels before booking another VRBO going forward.

The host is a vacation rental company. Communication was good. The apartment was clean and seemed to be fairly new on the inside. Directions on how to use the coffee maker and garbage disposal would have been nice. Remote controls and garbage disposal batteries needed replacing. The manager ordered and sent us batteries. There weren't any napkins, plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic bags, cooking spices or olive oil. Only 4 forks and spoons. a few more knives. There was a playpen with toys and books for little kids, very good for my 3 yr. old granddaughter who visited. Hot tub was only a 3 seater,kinda small but it worked for us.

It was great and very comfortable.

A éviter si vous voulez en avoir pour votre argent... Positive: Proche des sites à visiter à Salt Lake City. Negative: Annonce mensongère qui propose 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain alors qu'il n'y en a qu'une. Nous étions 4 adultes qui avions réservé pour disposer de leur leur intimité et ce ne fut pas le cas. Logement très sombre également. Lorsque nous avons demandé que l'on nous reloge dans une maison avec 2 salles de bain, on nous a répondu que c'était une erreur de traduction et qu'il n'y avait rien à faire. Nous avons quitté le logement le lendemain et du reprendre une nouvelle location à nos frais.

It was a great stay. Property is clean, quiet.
