The property is in a good location. The communication with the ownees was beyond exceptional. The house has the basics that are needed.Unfortunately, the home was dirty. The first thing noticed was the built up dirt under the couch that can be seen as you walk up the stairs. It appears as though maintenance and cleaning are not a priority. Rips in rhe sofa, torn blinds, floor not swept. It's unfortunate that the place isn't better cared for. It could a top notch rental with just a little care. This site will not take the photos i have.

This is a mixed review. Some pros and definitely some cons. The pros: great communication prior to arrival, clean facility except for the living room couch, comfortable beds, and good hot water and heat when it worked. The cons: the kitchen was significantly under stocked; few dishes, glasses, cookware, not even salt and pepper shakers. This ought to be looked into. Everything was bare bones. No table or counter placemats, no area rugs expect for the large one in the living room. Standing on cold tile in the bathrooms in January is uncomfortable. The pictures made the home look cozy. The reality was not cozy. Several window blinds are broken. It appears that no one is attending to this property other than the cleaning crew who do seem to be doing a good job. The biggest issue was the heat. We were unable to get the heat started each evening we arrived 'home'. Apparently, it is controlled offsite, and we were told that the Wi-Fi was offline even though we all had four bars on our phones AND the thermostat unit itself had four bars. Hmm...This property has great potential, but Conmigo is running it very cheaply. A few additional accessories like area rugs, placemats, new sofa throw pillows, and a clean tear and stain free sofa would go a long way. Currently, we would not recommend this place to a family who is looking for a cozy location to spend their vacation.
