The Dopest Studio in SLC: Fast Wi-Fi & Ultimate Comfort

This was a stylish yet minimalist ground floor studio apartment. It is slightly bigger than a walk in closet in most American suburban homes, plus a tastefully appointed bathroom with shower. I brought a supplemental electric kettle and table top ice maker for creature comforts. But the wet bar style kitchenette (minus sink) has a microwave and electric saucepan, dishes, bowls, flatware, mugs and cups for 2, and a better than average fridge freezer combo deep enough to accommodate food for breakfast and dinner while I drove up to Park City thirty minutes away, every day. Parking is out front on the street, and usually available right out front. In my week there, I only had to park around the corner once. I never turned on the TV. But it more than met my needs for a place to safely put my head at night and eat a few basic meals. Only drawback is the ceiling vent, which seems to lead straight up into the apartment above. And you can hear conversations intimately, and presumably vice versa. I will always have the haunting rendition of "What's Up?" by 4 Non Blondes drifting down from the dwellers above. I say hey! What's going on!?! All in all, great value, responsive hosts, and drawbacks more humorous than detrimental. Would stay again.

Small space but good quality bed and nice bathroom. I enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Positive: Comfortable neighborhood, except for the busy street that the room faces. Negative: VERY small room, 13X13 with a microwave and fridge in the closet space. DIRTY carpet. Conversations of folks upstairs audible.

All in all it was very clean and nice.bed is small and walls are thin Positive: Very clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Space heaters were a plus because it was pretty cool temped so no worries with being too hot. And very Good lighting, natural lighting and interior lighting! Negative: You can hear everything through the walls including the renters late at night, they weren’t even being loud the walls are just thin so you can hear them very well. there also will be a 100 dollar hold placed on your card once you arrive so be prepared for that. Until 4-7 days after check out for it to be returned. Also this bed is a full size bed, a little small for two grown adults which is also something to keep in mind.

Good, but you need to think for choice Positive: The overall facilities were good. Also, it was neat and had a special art design, so it was good. And I was very satisfied with the location of the house because it didn't take long to go anywhere. Negative: But the customer service was bad. When a problem arises, they do not try to solve it themselves, but rather want the customer to do it on their own. They don’t answer the phone well and respond to messages too slowly. And they are not very kind. It may be because it‘s my first time staying in an apartment-type accommodation, but it’s my first time seeing a customer clean up and dispose of garbage.
