Historic SLC Home: Family-Friendly | Near Downtown

We stayed here a total of 3 times, it's a great place to stay with kids, just make sure to check the thermostats.

I already loved Salt Lake Cuty but this place made me love it even more. The house was quintessential vintage charm but it also had all the amenities you could ask for, including a huge fenced in outdoor space. The location couldn’t be better. Both the beds (although small) were super comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. 2 thumbs up

Great location, walkable to many places. The host was easy to communicate with, and the house is spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the kids room, which comes already with a crib, toys, and books. The fenced in backyard is a huge plus, with swing and trampoline. The gardens around the house are filled with fragrant herbs. Only downside was one small bathroom, but we made it work. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, and there are lots of books to read on the many bookshelves. I would recommend this place!

We absolutely loved staying here in Salt lake with our family!! The kiddos very much enjoyed the play room and the backyard amenities and it made our experience so much better not having to worry about bringing toys and renting certain baby items from elsewhere. Would definitely stay there again!

Would definitely rent again Positive: Convenient, pleasant, and safe location in the historical Avenues neighborhood with restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Spacious home with period interest. Comfortable beds, and good light blocking in bedrooms. Prompt communication from hosts when needed. Very easy check in and out.
