Silver Suite + Near Downtown

I stayed here with my husband and our dog. You can really tell that this host cares about the details. The amenities were lovely and well thought out. They have put in work to make this a charming and cozy stay. You have access to 2 toilets! ( no fighting for it) The kitchen had coffee stocked. They left the light on for us when we arrived and a little treat. They really care about the experience. However, I have seen some discrepancy in reviews so wanted to address a few things that may help you decide if this place is a fit for you. This is an older house and the floors though redone, communicate that with their creaks. Another funny little characteristic of the house is that every room is at a different level. Even if just a half step up or down. Our Mantra was "New room, New level" so mobility issues may have a harder time here.People have also commented on the location, and yes, it is true when I told locals where we were staying, it was a bit of side eye/chuckle. It is closer to downtown and a bit run down looking area. But it is NOT a bad part of town. We saw families walking and kids playing. Our dog enjoyed sitting out in the front yard in the morning and I felt safe going out late at night. Also when parking on the street we always had spot open for us right up front. For the two of us and our dog we found this a lovely little stay were we had enough space for the pooch to not feel stir crazy stuck in a hotel room and for us to come back and relax.
